By accessing or using Traxion at gettraxion.app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service.

Description of Service

Traxion is a free, AI-powered tire tread analysis tool. Users upload a photo of their tire tread and receive an estimated safety assessment generated by artificial intelligence. The service is provided for informational purposes only.

Traxion's results are AI-generated estimates only and do not constitute professional mechanical advice. The analysis provided is not a substitute for a physical inspection by a licensed mechanic or tire professional. Always consult a qualified professional before making any decisions about tire safety, replacement, or vehicle operation. Traxion assumes no responsibility for decisions made based on the results provided by this tool.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

Traxion is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
Traxion does not warrant that the service will be accurate, reliable, error-free, or uninterrupted.
In no event shall Traxion, its operator, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
Traxion's total liability to you for any claims arising from use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to use the service (which is zero, as the service is free).
Traxion is not liable for any accidents, injuries, property damage, or losses resulting from reliance on the AI analysis provided.

Acceptable Use

By using Traxion, you agree that you will not:

Use the service for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or exploit the service
Use automated tools to exceed usage limits or scrape the service
Upload content that is offensive, illegal, or unrelated to tire analysis
Attempt to manipulate or circumvent the AI analysis system
Use the service in a way that could damage, disable, or impair its operation

Usage Limits

Traxion offers 5 free analyses per IP address per 24-hour period. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service or its usage limits at any time without notice.

Intellectual Property

The Traxion name, logo, design, and all related content are the property of Traxion's operator. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of Traxion without explicit written permission.

By uploading an image to Traxion, you confirm that you have the right to submit that image for analysis. You retain all ownership rights to images you upload.

Third-Party Services

Traxion uses Anthropic's AI to process tire images. Your use of Traxion is also subject to Anthropic's Terms of Service. We are not responsible for the actions or policies of third-party services.

Privacy

Your use of Traxion is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Traxion and its operator from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the service or violation of these Terms.

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will update the "Last updated" date when changes are made. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the applicable courts of the United States.
